The Bones guitar is a one-of-a-kind custom guitar inspired by George Lynch's skull and bones "Mom" guitar made famous in the 80's Dokken videos for 'It's Not Love' and 'Dream Warriors'.  Check out George Lynch and his original skull and bones in the pictures to the right.

The guitar body was custom made for me by a very talented luthier/woodworker.  It was carved from a mahogany Warmoth body blank.  The detail and craftmanship of the woodcarving is exceptional as is the airbrushed paintjob.

I fitted the body with a Warmoth KWS neck with extra jumbo frets and an ebony fingerboard.  The pickup is a Seymour Duncan Distortion, and I installed an original Floyd Rose tremolo and locking nut.  I added the ESP logos and the custom made BONES decal for added coolness.  This is not an ESP guitar.  And what better 'resting place' for this guitar than an all white Coffin Case.  Oh yeah!

I love the looks I get whenever I gig with this guitar and get tons of compliments from fellow guitarists.
